The iron hand that drives internship and placement initiative for students of Team Future..
Team Future is proud to achieve an impressive placement performance, since inception, for its management students. The institute incessantly strives to provide the best learning experience, with emphasis on knowledge application and acquisition. Therefore, students of Team Future are major value creators for organizations globally. They are the true flag bearers through their performance and achievements. Team Future’s top of the line corporate association from the field of financial services, FMCG, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecom, IT, technology, media and manufacturing sectors, have made its placement cell robust and incomparable. Companies associated with on/off campus recruitment process have recruited students for internship and placement in their respective organizations. The SIP (Summer In ternship Program) & WIP (Winter Internship Program) prepares the students and gives them an opportunity to closely work with the organization under corporate mentorship and widen their long term perspective with regards to their career choices. Companies on the other hand engage the summer interns on productive short term assignments that help them evaluate students for the purpose of giving them pre-placement offers. Team Future’s pre-placement training and corporate grooming program provide emphasis on the emotional and psychology aspects of the students so that they are able to present themselves optimally, at the interview board. The institute is actively involved in conducting seminars, events, training and development programmes for reputed corporate and educational institutes. Students are actively involved in these events to acquaint themselves with the latest industry trends and skills that will benefit them once placed. All these industry-focused endeavours are much sought after by students and they find the same as a significant value addition to their Engineering and Management programme.
